1lb of Haddock
1/2 Can of cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 small yellow onion, sliced thinly
1 cup shredded Mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 tbsp Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Lay Haddock fillets on bottom of glass pan
Cover with sliced onion
Spread cream of mushroom soup over top.
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until fish easily flakes.
