Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef (lean is better)
1 large onion
2 jars pre-made spaghetti sauce (any type)
1 package spaghetti
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
garlic salt
dash of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring large pot of water (with a little oil added) to a boil, break spaghetti noodles in half and add to boiling water, stir. As it boils, stir occasionally to avoid noodles from sticking together.

While spaghetti is cooking, cook meat and onion in separate pot until done. Drain and return to pot. Add sauce, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic salt and dash of sugar to taste. Cook on low until warmed through.

Serve over spaghetti noodles.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The sauce can also be cooked on low all day in a crock pot. Just prepare the meat as above, add sauce and seasoning and allow to cook on low. When you come home from work, all you have to do is cook your noodles.
