3 tbsp of Butter
4 tbsp of Flour
1/4 tbsp of Salt
1 cup of Milk
Dash of Pepper
1 can of tuna

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat.
Blend in flour, salt, dash of pepper and milk stirring continuously until sauce thickens. Add tuna and stir well to mix.
Serve over toast or boiled potatoes.
Can be doubled, tripled, etc depending on how many servings you need

This is a great, easy recipe again, passed down from when I was a kid. For 7 people, I multiply everything by 4, except for the tuna. I use 3 cans, that will go longer than anything else.
