1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion chopped
3 slices bread, cubed and soaked in:
1 cup milk
2 eggs beaten

1 cup catsup
4 Tblsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 tsp. dry mustard (or regular mustard)

Mix meatloaf
Glaze top with sauce before baking
Lay 2 strips bacon down center (optional - note this recipe is from Southern GA)
Bake 350ş for 1 hr.
