2 cups of uncooked rice
1 kg minced beef
1 onion
4 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
6 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups grated tasty cheese
2 tbsp oil
salt and pepper
curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onions and fry in oil until soft. Add mince and cook until brown. Add tomato paste, soy sauce, salt and pepper and enough water to make a thick sauce.
Simmer gently for 10-15 minutes.
Cook rice as per packet instruction.
Strain rice and put into a large bowl.
Add the sauce, grated cheese and lightly beaten eggs. Mix gently until combined. Spoon mixture into a well greased baking dish then add curry powder to taste and gently pour milk over the top.
Blend curry powder in well. Bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour or until set.
Serve with vegetables.
