1 pkg. sugar cookie dough
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 C sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
grapes (halves)
mandarin oranges

1/4 C apricot jam
1 T water

Cut sugar cookie dough in 1/4 in. pieces and press in sprayed, 14 in. pizza pan.
Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.

Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread over crust.
Then arrange fruit on cheese.
Mix apricot jam and water and brush over fruit.
Chill and serve.
