1-2lb. bag frozen Hash Browns, 1/2 cup Butter, 1/2 cup chopped Onion, 2 cups Sour Cream, 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 tsp. Salt, 1/2 tsp. Pepper, 2 cups Corn Flakes crushed, 1/4 cup Butter

Mix all ingredients together except the last 2 listed. Put into a 9 X 13 baking dish. Top with corn flakes and dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minutes.
