1/2 C butter
1/2 C milk
4 T cocoa
2 C sugar
Boil these four ingredients for 2 minutes and then melt in:

1/2 C peanut butter - remove from heat and stir in:
3 C oats.
Directions:

Drop by spoonfull on a foil covered cookie sheet and put in freezer to cool and harden. 15-30 min.
