12 c. of soft bread cubes
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c.c elery
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. onion
minced parsley
2/3 c. butter
1 1/4 c. water or broth
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' veggies in butter, cook until transparent, not brown. Meanwhile, blend remaining ingredients, except broth, in a lg. bowl. Pour veggie mixture and broth over all and toss. Add more liquid as needed.

When Janis was home for Thanksgiving the girls would come over on Wed. evening and set the table and cut up the bread and vegetables for the stuffing.
