1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 finely chopped onion
8 oz cottage cheese
1 tsp salt
grated cheese
3/4 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Spray 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread mixture into pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
