1 can Pillsbury Original Pizza Crust,
1 large fresh Tomato or 1 can of diced tomato - drained,
1 3.5 oz. container of Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese,
1/4 c. fresh basil, finely chopped
1 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 large cloves of Garlic (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice the tomato and remove seeds and finely chop the basil and set aside. Preheat oven and cook pizza crust, following can instructions being sure to remove it from the oven before the crust is completely done. Brush crust with olive oil and spread tomatoes, basil and feta cheese. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Finely chop garlic and smooth with knife into paste and spread over crust with olive oil.
Substitute Feta Cheese for 2 cups of shredded Mozzarella.
