3 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 beer, room temp. (not light beer)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Mix for 3 miutes Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Pull from oven. Place a stick of butter on top of bread and place back in the oven for 15 minutes.
