3/4 c. sugar;
Dash Salt
1/2 c. Flour
1 c. Milk
2 Egg Yolks
2 squares Unsweetened Chocolate
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Tbsp. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sugar, salt and flour. Gradually add milk and egg yolks. Add chocolate and stir over medium heat until thick. Stir in vanilla and butter. Pour in pie shell.

Chocolate/butterscotch - replace white sugar with 1 c. brown sugar

Chocolate/Coconut - add 1 can of coconut.
