1 1/2 lb fresh cleaned Spinach, 9 mushrooms cleaned, 1/2 lb Bacon cooked and crumbled, 1 can Mandarin Oranges drained, 1 hard cooked Egg chopped, mozzarella Cheese grated, 1/2 small red Onion thinly sliced.
Dressing; 1/2 c. Olive Oil, 1/4 c. Cider Vinegar, 1/4 c. Sugar, 1/2 t Salt, 1/4 t Dry Mustard, 1/8 t Pepper, 1/4 t Celery Salt

Prepare dressing first adding all ingredients to a jar, shaking well and chilling. Carefully wash Spinach to remove all dirt remove all large stems, drain in a colander or salad spinner to remove excess water, combine salad ingredients and toss well dress salad toss well and serve.
