1 lb. American Cheese
1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 cloves garlic or 1 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Grate American cheese. Put cream cheese with American and let stand in bowl until softened. Put rest of ingredients in. Butter hands and mix well. Sprinkle paprika and/or chili powder on wax paper. Roll cheese in it to make rolls. Refrigerate before slicing. Serve with crackers.
