2 Eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1.Beat slightly to mix: eggs, sugar, and salt
2.Scald 2 cups of milk
3.Stir in egg mixture in scalded milk

Pour into 11/2 quart baking dish. Add vanilla. Set baking dish into a pan of hot water, 1 inch deep of water. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake @ 350º for 45 minutes.

Margaret Westfall was Lynn's mother. She lived in the kitchen cooking and was known for her "Good Cookin" Margaret was born March 24, 1894 and lived until September 1971.
