1 c celery chopped 1/2 c onion chopped 2 T butter 1 10oz pkg chopped broccoli 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 8 oz jar jalapeno cheese whiz 2 cups cooked rice 1 c cheddar cheese
Cook and drain broccoli Saute celery and onion in butter. Mix soups with cheese whiz and heat until blended. Mix all with rice and pour into greased 9x13. Top with cheese. Bake 375º for 10 mins.
