2 small cans Tomato Paste, 1 small can Tomato Sauce, 2 large Onions diced, 2 T Cooking Oil, 1T Chili Powder (to taste), 1 lb Ground Beef, 2 c. Water, Salt to taste, Pinch of Cumin (chili taste), small clove of Garlic or 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Mix all ingredient's and simmer for 1 hour or until thick. Serve over Hot Dogs, garnish with chopped Onions and Cheese.
