Personal Notes:
I have known Ben since he was born. He grew up across the street from us on Nancy Creek Road, and our families were very close. When Ben was a pre-schooler, he used to come over in the afternoons and I would read books to him. His favorite book for a long time was "Little Red Riding Hood" in a German language edition, called "Rottkoepchen". He especially liked it when I would say 'Der Wolf' in a deep scary voice! I also was his barber for years, until I accidentally cut his ear when he was wiggling around. He fired me! Ben also was adopted by my son Bill, who is Sarah's age. Before the age of car seat and seat belt laws, Ben would stand up on the front seat and ride around town with Bill. Scary! I went with Sal to almost all of Ben's wrestling matches. He was awesome.
I am so glad that you found each other! Ben is so special to me and my family.
