3/4 lb. medium shrimp peeled and deveined
3cloves garlic, minced
1tsp grated lemon peel
3/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 dried oregano
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp oil
3c.sliced fresh mushrooms
3cans (8oz) tomato sauce
1/4c. snipped fresh flat-leaf parsley
6 pizzazz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

In a large bowl, toss shrimp with garlic, lemon peel, thyme, oregano, and 1/4 tsp pepper.
In a large nonstick skillet heat oil over high heat. Add mushrooms and saute stirring often, 2 to 3 minutes. Add sauce and remaining 1/4 tsp pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir shrimp, Reduce heat to med. Simmer, stirring often, until shrimp turn pink, 4 to5 minutes, Sir in parsley,
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Pour sauce over hot spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan.
