2 bunches fresh spinach
1 head iceberg lettuce
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 lb bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
2 hardboiled eggs, diced
Dressing:
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup vinegar
1 cup oil
4 1/2 tsp onion juice
2 T. poppy seeds
1 sweet red onion sliced

Blend dressing ingredients and let marinate overnight. Wash spinach and lettuce, tear into bite size pieces. Combine with cheese, bacon, and eggs. Sprinkle dressing over salad and serve.
