1 three pound hen or 3 lbs. diced chicken breast
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
3 boiled eggs
1 cup milk
1 stick margarine
1 cup self-rising flour, plus 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Frozen peas and carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and debone chicken. Place chicken in bottom or a long baking dish. Slice eggs and place over the chicken. Pour peas and carrots over the eggs. Mix the soups and broth and pour over the peas and carrots. Melt the margarine and slowly mix with the flour, baking powder, and milk. Pour over the top of the pie mixture. Bake at 350º
