1 Tin Corned Beef 1 Tin mushy Peas 1 finely chopped cooked onion 1 tsp curry powder 1 tbsp tomato paste Salt and Pepper Puff Pastry sheets
Mix ingredients together. Cut puff pastry sheet into nine squares. Place 1 tsp of mix into centre of pastry, wash edges of pastry with milk, bring opposite corners together and twist ends. Brush with milk. Bake in mod to hot oven 180-200deg until pastry golden brown.
