Puff Pastry Sheets 500gm cottage cheese 4 eggs 2tbsp SR Flour 2 tbsp frozen spinach well drained
Combine cheese, eggs, flour and spinach. Cut pastry into nine squares. Place 1 tsp of mix into centre of pastry, wash edges of pastry with milk. Bring opposite corners together and twist the ends. Brush with milk and bake in a mod/hot oven 180-200 deg until golden brown.
