Allow 1-2 pieces of steak per person (use cheaper cuts of meat, such as round or topside)
potatoes
tomatoe
pumpkin
garlic
salt and pepper
onion

Directions:
Directions:
Layer Baking Dish with meat, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with sliced onion, tomatoes and garlic and a good handful of fresh basil (can substitute dried basil)
Peel and slice potatoes and pumpkin, layer vegetables over the top. Brush over with olive oil. Pour boiling water into the baking dish until about 1/2 way up potatoes.
Bake 180 deg until potatoes are browned and meat tender (approx 1 1/2 - 2 hrs)
