2 T. oil
1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 T. onion
1 clove garlic
1 c. beef bouillon
2 green peppers, sliced
2 T. cornstarch
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in hot oil; add salt, pepper, onion, garlic, sugar, beef bouillon and green pepper. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Blend water, soy sauce and cornstarch. Add to beef and cook 3 or 4 minutes. Serve over rice.
