1 lb. of fresh whole mushrooms.
1 package of shredded cheddar cheese
1 jar of prepared artichoke spread *Tuscany* brand, if you can find it. Substitutions are fine.

Directions:
Directions:
*Clean any soil from the mushrooms and remove the caps.
*Fill the mushrooms with the artichoke spread.
*Top with pieces of shredded cheddar cheese.
*Place the mushrooms on a foil lined cookie sheet.
*Place into a preheated oven at 350º for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts.

If the mushrooms are large enough try filling them with precooked, popcorn sized, shrimp. Top it with shrimp sauce and bake them until everything is heated.
