Cake Batter:
8 oz. cream cheese
3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. cake flour
1 T. vanilla
Icing:
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cream
2 T. cake batter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese with butter; beat in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each. Beat in cake flour; add vanilla. Pour in greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325º for 1 1/2 hours.
Icing:
Combine all ingredients. Cook to a soft boil stage. Spread on cake.
