2 Cans Beets
2 c. Water
1 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
4-6 Cloves. whole
2 Sticks Cinnamon
1 c. Light Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain Beets and discard liquid. Wash beets in strainer. Combine water, vinegar, cloves, cinnamon and brown sugar. Bring to boil and let simmer 5 minutes. Put in beets and simmer 5 minutes. Cool. Store in refrigerator. Serve next day. Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.
