6 Tblsp. Butter
2 small onions, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans clams, drained and minced
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese, diced
2 Tblsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tblsp. Sherry
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Melt butter, saute onions & green pepper for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling.
Serve hot with crackers - Triscuits work best
