1 lb.40-50 count shrimp peeled and de- veined
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp.butter
1 tabsp. extra Virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. parsley chopped
1 tbsp. salt
1tbsp pepper
1oz. white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees In an wven safe pan add butter, EVOOm abd garlic. Saute garlic till you smell reasted sweetness, add the shrimp and cook till edges start to turn pink. Season with salt and pepper, add the wine and simmer for 1 to 2 min. Ass cheese to the top of the shrimp and place the pan in the oven for 1 to 3 min. to melt the cheese. Garnish with the parsley.
