1 lb Ground Beef
1 package gravy mix
1 12-oz can mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn)
1 package of Country Crock or Bob Evans Mashed Potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Cook ground beef in large skillet until all red is gone
Prepare gravy per instructions on package, use only 3/4 of water called for by recipe.
Drain water from veggie can.
When ground beef is cooked, add gravy and veggies.
Place mixture in individual-sized casserole dishes.
Cover top of dishes with mashed potatoes and smooth over. Rake top of mashed potatoes with fork (to create grooves)
Cook in oven until bubbly on sides (about 20 min).
Set to broil and broil until mashed potatoes are brown.
Serve hot and piping.
