1 small roll of goat cheese (plain or seasoned)
1 package of Prosciutto (Italian-style ham found in the deli)
1 green apple
1 small baguette

Directions:
Directions:
Slice baguette into 1/2 inch-thick slices and place face-up on cooking sheet.
Slice apple into equal number of slices as bread.
Slice goat cheese into equal number of slices as bread.
Fold prosciutto slices, accordion style, over bread slices
Place a wedge of apple on top of prosciutto
Place a slice/crumble of goat cheese on top of apple
Broil in oven until top of goat cheese is golden brown
Enjoy!
