4 T butter
1/4 c flour
2 c milk
2 c shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 T onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
8-12 oz uncooked pasta shells
10-20 Ritz© crackers
Additional 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta separately.

While pasta cooks, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour with a whisk until it makes a paste. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly so there are no lumps. Stir until thick. Add (2c) cheese, pepper and onion powder.

Mix pasta (drained) and sauce in a baking dish and top with crumbled crackers and remaining cheese.

Bake @ 350º until top is browned.
