1 C powdered Coffee Creamer
1/2 C Unsweetened baking cocoa
1 C powdered sugar or sugar substitute
1 C powdered milk
1/8 t salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Store in a sealed container to keep it fresh. Use 4 tablespoons of the mix to 1 cup of water. You may add marshmallows!

French Vanilla powdered creamer rather than regular creamer makes a great cup of hot chocolate, too.
