"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1 Family size can Campbells chicken with rice soup
1 can Rotel brand tomatoes
1 Can Ranch Style beans
1 can corn
boiled, chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 2 chicken breasts, and shred. Add all cans, plus one rotel can filled with water. Heat until heated through. Or, use the crock pot and put on low for a few hours. Top with Cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream.

This makes a ton of soup...make it when you have people over, or you could put the leftovers in the freezer and have it for another day.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
* I usually find the rotel tomatoes and ranch style beans at walmart...I'm sure they have them at other stores, I'm just not sure which ones.

I got this recipe from Brynne and we eat it ALL the time!
