3 cups stemmed red seedless grapes (1 lb)
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Nut toast (Hearty Wheat Crackers by Pepperidge Farms are good)
Goat cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse and drain 3 cups stemmed red seedless grapes (1 lb). In a 9 X 13 pan, mix grapes with 1 cup thinly sliced red onion and 1 Tbsp olive oil.

2. Bake in a 450 degree oven, stirring once after 20 min. until grapes are browned and begin to collapse - 40-45 min. Stir in 1Tbsp balsamic vinegar and salt to taste. Scrape into a small bowl. Serve warm or room temperature.

Spread goat cheese on crackers and top with grape mixture.
