1 pound hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1 glove garlic, minced
1 can (15.5 oz) diced tomatoes in juice
1 can (14.5 oz) beef broth
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, rinsed & drained
Shredded asiago cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink; drain any fat. Pour into soup pot with onion, celery & garlic until well blended. Add tomatoes with their juice, broth, carrots & seasoning; bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in beans. Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through. Top each serving with asiago cheese (if desired).
