Giant Cookies Recipe

1 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Unsifted Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Cups Quick Oats, (Uncooked)
3/4 Cup Raisins
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts, (Optional)
1/2 Cup Coconut, (Optional)
3/4 Cup Plain M&M'S or Chocolate Chips

Beat together butter, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs. Add combined flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Stir in oats, raisins, candies, nuts and coconut.
Divide mixture into 2 equal parts. Line two 14 inch pizza pans with aluminum foil. Spread dough to within 1 inch of edge of pan using floured finger tips. Can use round pizza pans. Bake in a 325 oven until lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Cool thoroughly. Cut in wedges or squares.
