Squirrel, cleaned and sectioned
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 C white wine
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
The critical part of this recipe is catching the squirrel.

Skin and clean the critter and cut into three sections: front legs, saddle and rear legs. If your squirrel is large, you may wish to separate the legs.

Place the squirrel pieces in a slow cooker.
Mix the soup and wine well and pour over the squirrel.
Cook in slow cooker for 8 hours, turning the pieces regularly to ensure that the pieces have equal time submerged.
Serve over rice in the soup/wine mixture.

Personal Notes:
This probably tastes like chicken too. You may need a lot more wine for your guests.
