"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Chicken Wings (You may either buy fresh wings and cut them at the joints, discarding wing tip (or save for broth); or you can purchase them already cut up. I find if you buy them fresh, they are meatier)

Olive Oil

1/4 C Frank's Hot Sauce (If you don't use Frank's, they aren't really Buffalo Wings).
1/2 stick butter

Blue cheese dressing (Marzetti or other thick refrigerated dressing works well)
Celery sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Coat a cookie sheet with a couple T of olive oil.

Preheat oven to 375º.
Place wings on cookie sheet and bake for about 15 min.
Turn over and cook until browned.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a large pan and add about 1/4 C Frank's Hot Sauce.
You may adjust to taste.
The more hot sauce, the spicier it is.

When wings are cooked, put them in pan, cover and shake vigorously.

Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
