2 whole (4 pieces) chicken breasts
1 dz corn tortillas
2 10 oz cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 onion finely chopped
1 7 oz jar green chili salsa
1 4 oz can diced green chilies
1 lb grated jack or cheddar cheese (or ½ lb of each)


Directions:

Wrap chicken in foil and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Cool, bone, skin and dice chicken. Cut tortillas in 1” squares. Mix all together and turn into greased 9X13 casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/4 hrs.
