2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Sweet Cream or Evaporated Milk
2/3 Cup Melted Butter
4 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Unbaked Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour. Add butter and mix thoroughly. Add eggs and beat well, adding one at a time. Add cream and vanilla. Bake in a 450º oven for 10 minutes. Lower temperature to 350º and bake until a knife comes out clean.

If you find this recipe too rich, cut sugar to 1 1/2 cups and melted butter to 1/2 cup.
