Ingredients: 1 lb. hamburger 1 yellow onion 1 can corn 1 can green beans 2 cans whole potatoes 1/2 stick butter garlic salt and pepper to taste
|

Directions: |
Directions:Pat out hamburger patties. On a large piece of aluminum foil place a couple thin slices of butter down and place hamburger patty on top of the slices. Cover with desired amount of vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Place a few more thin slices of butter on top of vegetables and fold aluminum foil tightly to hold in ingredients. Enclose in a second layer of aluminum foil.
If cooking on a fire, place on grate or outer ring of fire pit (not directly in the fire but in close contact with heat). Cook for approximately 30-40 minutes depending on size and heat of fire.
One may also cook this meal on a grill and cooking time will be less. |

Personal
Notes: May need more or less vegetables depending upon your desires. Any vegetable works so try whatever type you like. The vegetables I mentioned seem to be the favorite mixture of everyone I make it for. You can use fresh vegetables, but I have found they cook significantly slower.
