8 Slices of Bread, cut off crusts and cube
3/4 lb shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb sausage (Jimmy Dean), browned and drained
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 C milk
2 tsp mustard
Fresh (or canned) mushrooms, sliced
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/4 C dry vermouth

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9"x13" pan w/ PAM.

Mix bread, cheese and sausage and place in the pan.
Mix eggs, milk and mustard and pour over the bread, etc.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Mix mushroom, soup and vermouth and pour over top.
Bake 1 hour @ 350 deg F (or 1 1/2 hour @ 325 deg F).
