1 cup cramberries
1 cup sugar
3 cups sift flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
grated gird of orange
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
put cramberries through food chopper and mix with 1/4 cup of sugar. sift remaining sugar,flour,baking powder and salt together and add nuts and orange rind. Beat egg slightly, combine with milk and melted butter and add to first mixture . Fold in cramberries. Bake in buttered bread pan.(350)for 1 hour or until done.
