1 to 2 whole chickens, cut up
chicken bouillon cubes
onion
1 to 2 bags of egg noodles
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a large soup pot, put chicken in and fill with water. Add salt and onions. When the chicken is falling off the bone, take the chicken out and let cool. While the broth is still boiling, I usually add about four bouillon cubes. Cut chicken into bite size and put back in broth. Boil noodles until desired tenderness and drain. Add noodles and parsley to chicken broth. Simmer and serve.
