1 pkg.of country ribs
potatoes, cubed and boiled
1 to 2 bags of split green peas
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large soup pot, fill with water and add ribs. Salt and pepper. Boil until ribs are tender and meat is falling off the bone. While it is boiling, try to skim the scum off the broth. When the meat is done, pull it out and add the peas. Boil, stirring occasionally so the peas don't stick to the bottom. The soup is finished when all the peas have dissolved. The soup will thicken. Put the meat only back into the soup. Add the potatoes and salt and pepper soup to taste.
