Enchilada Pie Recipe

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion-chopped
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbs Chili powder
1 can Tomato sauce
1 can chopped olives (41/2ounce)
6 tortillas
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 cup water
1 med can diced tomatoes

Brown ground beef. Add onion, salt, pepper, chili powder, tomato sauce and tomatoes
Layer in a casserole dish, alternating tortillas, meat mixture, cheese and olives
Add water
Bake at 450 for about 40 minutes or until water is absorbed.
