1 pt. heavy cream
1/2. cup butter
2 TB cream cheese
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine heavy cream, butter and cream cheese and set on low heat. Cook, stirring until well incorporated. Add the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 min., stirring occasionally. Serve over hot fettucini.
